Endurosat

Toulouse, European gateway for the new generation of satellites

Founded in Bulgaria in 2018, Endurosat designs equipment for small satellites and offers a modular space access platform. In 2025, the company chose Toulouse to develop its European presence, attracted by the city’s unique space ecosystem and its pool of talent.

A fast-growing player in NewSpace

Endurosat has quickly established itself as a key supplier to the small satellite market. In addition to its equipment, it offers an integrated range of services providing simplified and competitive access to space. Already present in Italy, Germany and the United States, the company has seen its workforce grow from 80 to 120 employees between 2022 and 2025.

Why Toulouse?

In 2022, the company plans to set up operations in France in order to integrate a member country of the ESA and to be closer to key players in the European space industry. Toulouse is the obvious choice for several reasons:

A dense and recognised space ecosystem, bringing together manufacturers, start-ups and research centres.
A pool of competitive talent, at a lower cost than in Paris.
Proximity to major players in the sector, particularly Toulouse-based platform operators.

Support from Toulouse Team – Invest

From the initial phase, Toulouse Team Invest supported Endurosat by providing key figures to calibrate its project. The support included:

Strategic networking with Aerospace Valley and Club Galaxie, of which Endurosat is now a member.
A presentation at ISAE-Supaero to support recruitment and initiate R&D projects.
Assistance in finding premises and follow-up until final installation.
An introduction to the SpaceFounders programme, led by CNES, to strengthen their growth trajectory.

A successful establishment

By early 2025, Endurosat already has more than 10 employees in Toulouse, of various nationalities and mostly recruited from the local university ecosystem. Support continues through communication initiatives, notably with the production of a #ChooseToulouse film scheduled for release in 2026.
