The MIN Food Incubator is a business incubator located within the Grand Marché D’Intérêt National (MIN) in Toulouse. Organised into co-working spaces, the incubator is structured around seven business areas: products, services, new technologies, employment, communication, confidentiality, health and well-being. This space aims to promote synergies, innovation and support for young companies in the food sector by offering them an environment conducive to their development at the heart of the Grand Marché ecosystem.

The incubator has quiet rooms, a fully equipped and modular meeting room for sports activities, and a concierge service. The Les Pépites du MIN association helps to bring together the businesses in the incubator, animate the space, facilitate exchanges between members, promote their know-how and skills, and support project leaders in the food sector in Occitanie.
