Toulouse, an IT skills centre with national reach

Based in Limoges, Celios chose Toulouse in 2021 to strengthen its development in south-western France. Specialising in IT engineering and IT outsourcing, it has set up a multi-site national skills centre there, symbolising its evolution into an agile and innovative technology company.

Rapidly evolving IT expertise

Celios supports its clients in system and network infrastructure, cybersecurity and custom application development. The company currently manages 14 outsourced sites, including 9 English-speaking ones, representing more than 11,000 user accounts.

In 2023, it validated its Toulouse-Limoges multi-site skills centre model, which illustrates its expertise in managing complex, international IT systems.

A transformation into a Tech Company

At the end of 2024, Celios announced a major strategic transformation, moving from an IT services company to an agile Tech Company. The company is now structured around four entities:

Celios Technologies, for IT outsourcing and application development.
Celios Lab, dedicated to R&D and disruptive innovations.
Celios Talents, for recruitment on short-term assignments.
Inflexia, a group company specialising in innovation management and digital transformation.

With around 100 employees, Celios plans to recruit a further 15 or so staff in 2025.
